A 20% non-refundable deposit (20% of the retail price of each rented piece) is required prior to renting any pieces.

Please read and fill out this form in its entirety then email it to info@amiibari.com. Kindly fill out the form NO LATER than 2 weeks before your project start date/estimated date of use. All pieces being rented must be returned in original condition.
